timber clad house with steel stair case

Harbour View

Harbour View is a house of heritage significance located in the historic precinct of Battery Point - Hobart, Tasmania.

Built circa 1870 the works include some much needed restoration and a new extension to replace the previous additions built in the 90’s. The small existing heritage house is retained at the front with the new addition hidden from street view behind. A new living dining and kitchen space is added on the ground floor. On the upper floor additional bedrooms create a 5 bedroom home with a generous new living zone connected to an exterior elevated terrace to take in the views of the harbour.
